Staff - they knew how to take care of guest From the lobby to the pool host / staff & the elevator guy and the valley - it was a while where we didn’t feel this way! ( we even got our Champaign 20m late but then they gave us extra 30m with the beds ) & its important how to be able to handle when a problem pops up. Great music vibe - clean room great job will come back

I have always, in the past, enjoyed the Arlo’s location and the physical hotel. This was my third visit, but it will be my last.

Room was an ok size for New York, really comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Staff were really friendly and the hotel was in a great position to explore Brooklyn/Williamsburg. Lots of great places to eat and drink close by. Views from the balcony over Manhattan were amazing!

The hotel dos not have twin beds. So if you are traveling white you’re mom or a friend. You have to sleep in the same room the don’t have portable beds. So I slept in the floor
